Using InstaRez

InstaRez lets you discover businesses and book appointments. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use InstaRez.

Reservations

A reservation is a request to book a time slot with a business. Depending on the business, it may be confirmed automatically or after the business approves it.

You agree to honour your reservations or cancel them in good time. Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions.

Businesses are independent and responsible for the services they provide. InstaRez is a booking platform and is not a party to the service you receive.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse InstaRez, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Do not make fraudulent or abusive reservations.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

InstaRez is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that businesses, availability or services will always be accurate or available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, InstaRez is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from the services provided by businesses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of InstaRez after changes means you accept the updated terms.
