How do I book an appointment?

Open the app, choose a category, pick a business, select an available time slot and confirm your reservation.

How do I cancel a reservation?

Go to “My reservations”, open the booking and tap Cancel. Cancellation may be limited close to the appointment time.

Why do you ask for my location?

Location is used only to show businesses near you, sorted by distance. You can use the app without it and browse by category instead.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@instarez.app from your account address and we will remove your account and personal data.
